website: Forestandrange.org
Kelley came to UT from Oregon State University, where she recently completed her M.S. in Forest Resources. Her research focused on using GIS and multivariate modeling to characterize western juniper re-encroachment patterns in sagebrush-steppe ecosystems.
Previously, she worked in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota conducting environmental education and outreach programs for children and adults.
Kelley also served a stint in the Peace Corps as a Volunteer (Togo, 2001-2003) and served as a natural resource management agent. Kelley says she is enjoying working at UT and looks forward to expanding the educational resources that the web center offers to both landowners and extension agents.
